Beginning of our story
The Benson Housing Authority has been providing public housing to the residents of Benson, North Carolina since 1961. Our mission is to promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity, and maintain a suitable living environment consisting of decent, safe, and sanitary conditions, free from discrimination.
All applications are welcome.
We have 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, and 5-bedroom apartments. Apartment sizes are based on family composition.
