• JANUARY 7, 2025 (1st Tuesday) - Pest Control Clean Outs/Retreats Needed
• JANUARY 13, 2025 (Monday) - Regular Board Meeting at BHA Office at 5:30 P.M.
• JANUARY 20, 2025 (Monday) - Office Closed for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
• JANUARY 21, 2025 (3rd Tuesday) - Pest Control conducted at Raymond Sanders 1 & Sunrise

PHADA Scholarship Program / 2025 Scholarship Application

The PHADA Scholarship Program is available to high school seniors living in public or assisted housing. If you are interested in applying for the 2025 scholarship you can get an application at the BHA office during normal business hours. The application deadline is January 24, 2025 and three scholarships will be awarded.

Notice for Dunn & Brocklyn Street

The flooring project for your area will continue during the month of January and someone will be around to let you know when they will be at your apartment and what you will need to do to get ready for it.
